How do I get a hold of an agent on the phone to change a reservation ?

The 877-777-2827 is always busy, as is the (312)392-3679,

Can anyone recommend a different number ? Maybe one outside the US that is reliably easy to connect to ?

I've seldom had holds calling Doha, but thats the phone number for QR plats. Not sure if you have status with QR?

Is the plat number still active, or is there a worldwide/Doha plat number? The US PC number I get from my QR app used to work fine and seemed to be a direct number for plats, but it hasn’t been active the last few times I tried calling. The (312) number however has worked alright for me and most I’ve had to wait is 10 mins or so, but clearly that was a general number.

I've always had extremely long hold times when calling QR, especially the US and Canada numbers. For at least a few years, no matter the time or day, there's often a wait exceeding an hour. The most annoying part is that while on hold waiting for an agent, there is a constant recording that scolds you for calling rather than going online. The recording assumes you are an idiot who doesn't know how to use the web, which the recording insists "It couldn't be simpler!" I imagine the wait time has only gotten worse with the virus situation.

I call the one in Doha, +974-something-something. Always worked. :)

I finally called the India number from the US and got through with a 40 min wait

The US toll free number just went straight to a busy tone
