Are you serious? There's enough regular availability (yesterday there were multiple dates with 4 (F O U R) QSuites availability wide open to US), but nobody mentioned it here. First class at regular price, sure but business ...

With these QRPC devaluations, booze cuts and lower universal level of catering I forsee QR becoming the new EY R.I.P

Maybe it was an experiment to see how far they could push it before people complained? Either that or someone whose job it is was ill / fired!

I cannot find any logic behind the massive 2x miles obstacle.
For example QR833 on 10 June, in first no pax is booked (8 of 8 free), in business 2 pax are booked (48 free!!) and I am one of these 2 - but it is impossible to upgrade.
Does that make any sense?

Your guess is as good as mine! QR are going out of the way to make redemptions difficult I think. I am the only F passenger from BKK in a couple of days and J is not much over half full, but QR are still not releasing even a single award seat on the flight. To be clear I'm not complaining and will be quite happy if I get the cabin to myself!

But I complain, hahaha. Yes, I believe, to be the only one in front is a very nice experience.
If you go on 3rd of April, you (hopefully from my side) will meet me and my wife, as I am hardly try to upgrade us. But as of now, no success.

I commute between BKK and BOS. Just saw some regular J award space open up on the DOH-BKK leg for dates I need, but it's DOH-HAN-BKK with a 10 hour layover in HAN. Right.
