I’ve just been updating my QR J fares spreadsheet (approx 40 EU x 20 SE Asia = 800 pairs).
For a mid-January 2019 ex-EU outbound, end of March 2019 ex-SE Asia inbound, these are the following 10 currently cheapest pairs that I have come across (there may be others) - they may be of use to some, or act as a reference point for any forthcoming sale fares:

Borderline QR sales: for any UK customers (might include parts of EU as well), if your bank collaborates with Visa for their visaoffers.eu scheme you might find a discount of £75 on a spend of £500 with QR. Not to be sniffed at.

QR USA landing page is touting Business Class fares from $2575. But I checked every USA port for fares and the best I could find were around $2700 to Mumbai (I forget the origin) and DFW-BKK for $3600. Couldn't see anything at $2575.
The DFW-BKK for $3600 isn't that good, but it sure beats a lot of other BKK fares QR is offering right now, such as $8000 from PHL.

Had a second look after receiving an email with the sale announcement. Found ATL to a few places in India for $3200 to $3500. Couldn't find the $2700 to Mumbai from anywhere. In fact, couldn't find any fares under $3000.
T&C's say offer valid for travel through 3/31/19.

New sale ex-USA. I didn’t search exhaustively, but best I found was DFW-BKK for ~$3100 in Business. All other destinations and origins I looked at were higher.

Looks like QSuites on the JFK-DOH-JFK legs. Haven't investigated the DOH-HKT-DOH legs.
$2940 USD - Only seeing that price on the Qatar website in the offers section.
