Problems with online booking engine..

Anyone else have problems with QF online booking engine today (Yes, fri 13th LOL). It happened twice to me today. I'd make the booking, then get to the confirmation page and it would time out and IE would get me a "page not found" error GRRR. Called up Internet Sales and the PNR was there but no other info. Luckily they were able to sort it out (both times) but still.. what a pain!
It was important too since one of my half-bookings grabbed 2 N seats, and the flight only had N3 showing, so I couldn't have tried it again until that half booking was autocancelled (which the QF phone agent told me happens in 2 hours, aparently) and by that time who knows if those seats wouldn't be taken up.

So anyway, anyone else have that kind of thing happen?

Booking reward flights this wednesday, I selected the flights, confirmed, entered credit card details, pressed the final button, and.. poof. It took me straight back to the first reward booking screen. Twice this happened, both times I called QF to see if there was any PNR created.

I'm just waiting to find out if my credit card has been charged three times (it finally worked the third time I had a go).

At work this afternoon we had an e-mail from the corporate TA advising they were having problems with the booking system. So it may be more widesapread than QF

Probably unrelated, but CX had a world-wide "outage" for a couple of hours this morning. Must have been fun in their call centres.

Perhaps it was a Friday the 13th computer virus...although I haven't seen any emails warning about it's imminent exposure.

Yeah the agent said she was having a bad Friday the 13th, then slurped up to me saying I was the first "decent" call she had all day... hmm. oh well. Glad to know that maybe it wasn't just me.

I booked a tix with Zuji a little bit later with no problems, and same $56 MEL-SYD fare (woo hoo!).
