N class E ticket and earning FF points
I travelled domestically last week and used an N class E ticket.The flight was noted in my QFF account but no points allocated .
Should I have received points for this flight or are N class fares not allocated points? Ozflier |
N class (and indeed all revenue classes) give minimum 1000 points and 10 SCs. Needs to be followed up!

Either scan and email or photocopy and fax, your BP to QFF. They'll do a manual adjustment onto your account.

If nothings changed - the service centre is usually 6-8 weeks behind with the mail/fax... so dont expect the miles anytime soon.

I've found they're usually able to fix points discrepancies from QF flights over the phone.
Otherwise you can mail or fax - last time I mailed (about a month ago) it took about a week for my four lots of Holiday Inn points to appear. |
Points / SC follow-ups by email have been next day for me - no worries there. Other issues are generally ignored (or take at least 4 weeks to attend to (4 weeks and counting). Don't hold your breath!
