J fare refund
 

I tried looking for this without luck; hope someone can answer this:

1- Thinking about booking a seat SYD-SCL in J through the site, but just want to be sure if I had to cancel this last minute will I be refunded back to my cc? or will I only be issued a credit voucher?
2- If the refund can be done, will I have to call CS (and be slapped with the $75 phone fee) or can it be done through the manage booking bit?

Assuming you book flexible business class (yes there are some non-refundable business class fares which can only be used as a credit on future flights) it will be refunded to credit card less any cancellation fee. Can take several weeks for the credit to come through.
