2 hours and counting
 
On the phone to Qantas for 2 hours and counting..is that normal customer service levels!!! Its now got to joke I won't give up just to see how long it takes for someone to get back to me... I wish they would outsource to India at least someone would answer the phone.:(

Finally got lucky
 
Done that I hung and tried again..

1st Attempt: 21mins
2nd Attemot: 1:47mins
3rd Attempt: 2:05 min - :mad:
4th Attempt: 7mins
5th Attempt: Got lucky on the 14min mark.. -:eek:


All sorted it would seem that I have lost my ipod and phone and time calling..my fault dooh.

wow, that is terrible! i rang QF in NZ this morning to ask whether there was an online checkin baggage drop counter at ROT and i waited ~1 minute!
mind you i have needed to employ the hang-up-and-try-again technique in the past.
