Missing SCs
An interesting short-change of SCs appears to have happened electronically at the end of my 12-month period. As you can see from my QFF log below, a flight flown on 1 June has been accounted for a day earlier  and therefore fell into my previous year (as my year ends on 31 May). As a result I had a zero balance on 1 June.
I think the 20SCs should be included in my new 12-month period and I ought to let the good folk at QFF know. Yes? The only reason that I can think why this has happened is perhaps the server is in the USA (or at least on the wrong side of the dateline) and therefore my 1 June flight has appeared on 31 May. (I hope that makes sense!!) Can't say I have ever seen it that way around before. I would give the good people at Qantas a call, as I would have thought that it does belong in your new year.

In my experience, if the posting is a genuine error then Qantas will quickly fix with a manual adjustment. Just call them and explain the error.
