Flyaow/Class availability tool stopped working?

Was working this morning, but no longer showing the various buckets and class availability for flights.

Try www.Expertflyer.com. It is not free though.

I actaully used Flyaow's UAL just a moment ago, it still display all the fare buckets availability.

Wonder what happened to the CX tool? :confused:

Ouch, Hopefully it's just a bug; The main use I have for the CX ITN is U class availability.

It does look like there's someting missing. That is, it is displaying the normal columns, just nothing after "Cabin class":

Works fine for me, still showing all the fare buckets..but I have set up my own "private" version of the page with a few hacks to the HTML, one side effect of which is that it comes back showing "Canada" in the heading!

The availability tool on its 2 up 5 down cycle still was working earlier

Yes, I used it yesterday. IT's down as I type but will be back up for another two hours today from about 12:30PM (AEST). It's good for quick seat maps as well. Agian, the isssue with this and it's the same for most of these tools is that U & Z classes do not show.

Great, thanks heaps for that.. it seems to be working as well as ever.

I note the top right hand corner of the page now has Canada showing. It was United States.

Nice to see them back again, but would be even nicer if they showed QF X/U/Z classes. Oh, and on the flight combination I used to have a look, all AA flights were showing 0 in all classes (while the QF codesahres on the same flights were showing lots of availability). That was for both QF and AA operated codeshares.

Hi,

Could you give some examples of the routings that you are looking at so we can see what is going on?

Generally we are subject to backend restrictions, but perhaps there is something that can be tweaked.

It's a long-standing issue with the BMB ITN interface back-end -- it does not show availability for AA flights (i.e. you will always see zeroes accross all classes).
