Hi,

Could you give some examples of the routings that you are looking at so we can see what is going on?

Generally we are subject to backend restrictions, but perhaps there is something that can be tweaked.

Cheers!

Sure thing. I selected the Multi-city tool and filled in as :
Departing From: BNE
First Leg Destination: LAX
Departing: March 15
Second Leg: DFW
Departing: March 15

Preferred Airlines: American Airlines, Qantas
Service Class: Business
Number of Choices: 15

Ah...I see, and KVS is correct. AA availability is apparently not showing through the Bell tool. I would suggest trying the seatcounter tool you can find at http://www.seatcounter.com/ for those flights. Seems to work correctly.

Cheers!

The Bell tool has now been replaced with an AMEX ITN tool, and it works correctly for AA availability: http://flyaow.com/classamex.htm

Cheers!
