Delays Compensation - Australian Consumer Law
The QF web site has a what appears to be a new section covering their policy on delays and compensation: https://www.qantas.com/au/en/book-a-...r-the-acl.html |
I do not fly QF much but certainly a few items interesting copied from their pages:
(definition in footnote) # A significant change means a change that significantly impacts you and your travel plans. (under commercial overbooking) If you are flying internationally and the next available flight departs over 4 hours after your scheduled departure time, you will also be given a Qantas travel voucher. will re-book you on the next available Qantas flight (my bolding) --- There is no definition of "home airport." added: and if origination is in EU there is a conflict.... |
