order of flights posting to activity statement

Hi,

I recently flew MEL-LAX-YVR and back again, and the order that the flights appear on my activity statement don't match the order I flew in. I can understand that it might take longer for the LAX<>YVR flights to post (given they're codeshared), but thought they might still appear in the right chronological order. The only reason I care is that I would have ticked over to silver after the (shorter) YVR-LAX flight and thus earned more status bonus points on the LAX-MEL flight, but instead I've got the bonus points on the YVR-LAX flight only.

Are there any rules regarding this?

Thanks,

Cameron

If there is a discrepancy, call QFF, explain your issue and ask for it to be fixed.

I've had basically the same thing happen when moving from SG to WP, I rang QFF, explained the situation, and they happily adjusted the points.

Common sense advice. :) I rang them and they fixed it up for me, after a bit of explaining and adding up.

Thanks.

Although I see now that despite the new entries in the statement adjusting the points, my total points at the top doesn't seem to have changed...

edit: It's righted itself. :)
