Point calculator for other airlines?
Is there a table of distances earned for flying on other airlines? Specifically interested in those distances close to SC zone boundaries (eg. ORD-MIA). I've noticed that earning rates are sometimes quite different from those at http://gc.kls2.com, or even between airlines (eg. earning X miles crediting to AA when flying AAA-BBB but Y miles when crediting to QF).
Code:
route earned gc.kls2.com mex-ccs 2229 : 2224 mad-ord 4198 : 4201 mad-ist 1700 : 1690 ist-mad 1700 : 1690 ord-bcn 4420 : 4419 lax-akl 6517 : 6504 aus-lax 1230 : 1241 (earns 1238 on aa) syd-sfo 7420 : 7417 akl-syd 1341 : 1345 aus-dfw 184 : 190 dfw-ord 804 : 802 ord-mia 1204 : 1197 mia-nas 181 : 184 dfw-den 646 : 641

I was thinking about this just the other day, and how cool it would be if you were given points based on the actual number of miles flown for a segment. So if you have to circle around for 30mins, you get those extra 100 miles of actual flying!

No, there is no table for this and no way of knowing the exact distance according to the gospel of QF. If you really want to know you need to call them to find out.
A critical one for example is MIA-ORD which is under 1200 miles according to GCM but over 1200 miles according to QF.
A bit OT. The best thing is, distances can change. I just ticketed a RTW on Star Alliance which was more than 29,000 miles a few weeks ago and was now just shy of the magic number. Amazing what continental drift can do.
