No, but it seems a bit cheaper booked with AA than with BA, at least for what I noticed in February

Another great low season fare that is useless to many.
Should every fare here include the dates in question? The vast majority of posters here are from the US, so should we not post fares that don't touch the US because it's useless to many? Of course not. This is useful for people visiting the US from the EU, Americans who are returning from a one-way in Europe and want to get one back for spring break, people who want Tier Points...useless to you is not useless to many.

If it was useful to many, it wouldn’t be around very long, or at all! Unfortunately that’s how these things tend to work…

thank you for this screen shot. How in the heck do you have the old matrix. I can’t get anything but the new one and I hate it. Can you share your HUGE secret please.

Not too sure what’s so special about this deal. It’s been around for a few months now. The Fare rule is the same this other thread made in back in July . INN7T1S4

https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/34425335-post1.html

and what’s the big deal about QR BUD-DOH, how does it even relate to this deal ? The price fare is to break with QR

This is not an error or a mistake fare.
This is a published sale out of Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Spain, etc... that we have saw for years so this rule does not apply here.

This is a standard sale fare.

QR is not permitted by the fare rules but a transfer via DOH is permitted.
Someone could try BUD-LHR-DOH with BA, DOH-JFK-xxx with AA but that is highly likely to break the maximum permitted mileage for the fare despite the 2500 mile deduction that is allowed for Doha.

Booked this* directly with AA.com on Sunday (11th) - two days later I haven't received the ticket confirmation, the status online is "unknown" and my credit card hasn't been touched

Is this normal?

* DUB-LHR-JFK-LAX-LAS / LAX-JFK--LHR-BUD for £1,175
