Kudos to TSA in IND

I'll summarize the experience, but traveling with a family, using the dedicated family lanes at IND was a fantastic experience. I was surprised to see friendly TSA agents manning 4 out of 7 lanes at 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning.

The family lane experience was surprisingly good! They were helpful in loading the bins on a cart and taking them to be scanned for us at the checkpoint, and were especially accommodating us in wrangling our 8-month old and his stroller.

Unfortunately, SAN and LAX offered less than desirable experiences on the return flights.

Overly polite people scare me. It makes me wonder what they are up to.

 The OP said that the 8-month-old child was allowed through.

 Oh, you meant the other kind of terrorist! :D
