I remember when the u.s. Government claimed there was a plot to fly aircraft into large theme parks (like hell) - that was sometime around 2002 and the initial bag screening at the gates became a little intrusive. Contrast that with my experience this last weekend at Disneyland when we walked in with liquids a plenty in our backpack and their security people waved us through.^
