TSA should be proud of this!
Looks like they were able to stop another BIG threat!
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/3616393.stm I feel so much safer now. |
Hmmm... mixed feelings. Why should they not be subjected to the same indignities as everyone else?

Maybe they are important in Spain, but here in the US they are like any other tourist. Take ya'lls shoes off and don't forget the bling bling. ;)

(BTW, the flip-flops were never wanded, nor did they go through the machine.) |

(BTW, the flip-flops were never wanded, nor did they go through the machine.) FYI: I only took them off after a secondary screening which occured as a direct result of me not taking their suggestion to remove the sandals. As some of you may have read, I also encountered a problem with the sandal's at EWR last year. I was about to walk through, screener asks, "What about your shoes?", I reply "I'm wearing sandal's..." and lift my foot to show.. and continue to say "there is no metal in them". In return, I get yelled at "It's not metal we're looking for". I almost responded "Well, this is a metal detector", but kept my mouth shut and later made my complaint known to a supervisor. Great attitude, eh? Berate the passenger paying your wages. Best, SDF_Traveler |
Not metal you're looking for?

Best, SDF_Traveler Typical response of a low-IQ moron who works for an un-American, candy-assed FSD. Time for these idiots to go! |

Spiff did not even mention you, nor was he responding to you. He was refering to the inconsiderate TSA'hole from SDF_Traveler's post (unless that WAS you who said 'we're not looking for metal'!?). IMHO, YOU are the one who needs to reign it in. You have been repeatedly cross posting unfounded accusations about Spiff on several FT forums. Seems to me there's a rule about stalking another member.[/rant] |

As you suggest, "learn to read". I believe it to be within my FT civil rights (:)) to object to a breach of the terms and conditions, whether or not it affects me personally. |
Get it now?

(At this point you thank me for the tip and ask me if I have anything substantive to add.) ^ FewMiles.. |
