Great report. I had the same feeling during my recent opt out in BOS. They can sense (amazing given their limited brain power) when you know the rules and your rights and they follow everything by the book.

Non abusive come-backs I hope to remember if this happens to me:
1. Oh, you got the test rate above 10%? That's awesome!
2. Yeah, all the guns and knives go through New York.

I can understand it. Don't really agree but it makes some sense.

Just because we see someone go thru the machine doesn't mean they support it or TSA in general.
Ditto, while there will always be the uninformed anything for safety sheeple. I think there are also a fair number of people who are informed, realize it is all theatre, but chose the lesser of two evils. Which for them is the nudie scope. Those (myself included) who opt out are basically opting out as a form of protest.
