Gaucho 100K,
Hi, I am thinking of taking Lauda Air 767
service on thier Amadeus class from Vienna
to Male. Can you tell me about their
Amadeus class in terms of their seat pitch,
recline, and comfort ,etc?

Hi KK-- I dont have the exact pitch details of NG Amadeus seats, but Ive found their seats to be as comfortable as other large european carriers like OS or LH. IMO, unless you are way over 6' you should be fine.

Their service is what sets them apart, with a Chef in the C cabin, canape service with the drinks, and a full meal service with direct selection from a cart. A great entertainment system including an air casino game and video shopping, etc.

Hi Gaucho 100K,

Thank you for your information. I have also heard that aboard Lauda Air Amadeus class, there is a chef 'called flying chef??' who personally arranges food and dessert. Sounds sooo good. I trust your comments as to the level of service to be exceptinally high. I just hope they give a decent seat pitch like 55 inches+ in their 767s.

Thank you again, Gaucho100K.
but I wonder too, why there is no other Lauda flyers out here??

Sorry, I have never flown long haul haul with them, but if they are half as good as their european flights I can recommend them wholeheartedly!

KK, my experience with them is solely on their B777 service, where the pitch on their seats was adecquate. I havent tried their 767's though.

Gaucho, looks like Lauda is doing a great job.
Do you know where to get their schedule?

I am living in NY and will try to get on Lauda next time I go to Europe.

Hi Nino.

Check out their website at www.laudaair.com

Or else in the US, you should contact LH which handles most all of their US based reservations & other issues.

Happy flying !!
