Question How to best prepare for Norwegian Coach Seats

Taking Norwegian from PVD to SNN and I understand it is a 737-Max. We did not get a seat assignment and are traveling in Economy. I want to ask travelers how best to prepare for 6 hours on Norwegian. I understand we need to bring our own headphones, any food that we wish to eat unless we are prepared to pay a high price for less that appetizing food, understand that there is WiFi on board but how good is it? What other tips would you give someone flying Norwegian for the first time that is 6 ft tall and 230 Lbs? I am bringing an ipad so I assume I should download some movies on it or does the airline have movie screens and movies on the seats in front of you?

Appreciate suggestions for travel.

It's like flying any other domestic American airline, where you don't get seat back entertainment or food service. The seats are fine, the flight attendants are pleasant. It's only six hours, bring on some water and a book, take a nap, and you'll be there in no time!
