Confirmed: Ryanair to open base at FRA in S17

Mo'L has long said that LHR, CDG and FRA would never see Ryanair service...

But now FRA must be taken off that list

The news will provide a further headache for Fraport's main customer Lufthansa (LHAG.DE), which has slowed growth at its main brand and has faced strikes while it tries to lower costs and expand its own budget unit Eurowings.

LH doesn't compete with Ryan Air. Ask anyone at LH, they will tell you so. LH Light fares that prejudice against earned SEN status and deny status benefits are a figment of imagination.
