Garuda First Class CGK Intl-Intl connection service?

Contemplating a SIN-CGK-AMS Garuda First Class ticket with a 2 hour CGK connection, all on the same ticket.
Anyone had experience with the First Class ground service on an international to international connection?
Will a Garuda representative meet me at my arrival from SIN and escort me thru the transit procedures to the First Class Lounge?

You could view a recent trip report on Garuda First Class CGK to AMS here,

The reviewer thought very highly of Garuda's first class service (despite financial troubles and budget cuts affecting the rest of GA, First Class is still exceptional (complete with car limo from your hotel to the airport, personalized immigration clearance both in JKT and AMS, etc) and very personalized. He considered the personalized services even better than EK Suites.

I think as a First Class Passenger you could e-mail GA customer service to request anything you would like to have (including making arrangements/arranging for escort service to your next flight AMS) so I believe it should not be an issue for you.

Thanks very much AA4013. Love the personalized ground service in both CGK and AMS. I've decided to spend a day in Jakarta so will definitely take advantage of the hotel to airport transfer. I have a 3.5 hour AMS connection to LH so immigration and transfer at AMS will be a treat. Onboard wines are a meh but everything else looks great. I have fond memories of my LHR-CGK GA First flight a few years ago. Thanks again.

GA First class is nothing like how it was back then in the mid 2010s at its peak. Gone are the Loewe amenity kits, extensive menus and wine list. Instead you get Kung Pao chicken as your mains and some no name branded amenity kits.

compare that menu design now vs how it looked like 10 years ago (just search any old GA F trip reports on google) … somehow today’s design looks way way older/outdated than the one 10 years ago…you gotta wonder the extent of cost cutting down to the people in charge of catering now.
