I have copied the USA - RP flight schedule from the Philippine Airlines (PR) website.
Here are our scheduled international and domestic flights, listed below. As of September 17 Manila- Los Angeles- Manila 4x a week (Tue/ Wed/ Fri/ Sun) Manila- San Francisco- Manila 2x a week (Wed/Sat) Manila- New York Once a week (Friday) New York- Manila Once a week (Saturday) Manila- Honolulu- Manila Once a week (Thursday) effective Sept. 24 Entry requirements for Hawaii have been updated recently. Does this mean Philipines is easing up on entry requirements for US tourists (allowed entry with a pcr test etc), to make about 10 flights per week US-Manila feasible? Or is the hope that just the filipino-american population will fill out the planes only?

Visas are still required for U.S. citizens to travel to the Republic of the Philippines. Even for spouses or children of R.P. citizens.
