I regularly get ads for Disneyworld at the bottom of my screens. I've never seen one of the porn ads.

Anyone else seeing Disney ads?

I'm still wondering about those Disney ads... While I post on the Orlando forum whenever someone asks a question, and there have been quite a few lately, I've never seen ads for Disneyworld before and wonder if anyone else is.

I haven't gotten any porn ads of any kind. I added some lines to my Hosts file at home, but at work, the file isn't read for some reason and I'm stuck with the ads.

Still, I get no porn and lots of pixie dust :)

For $12 a year you can get Flyer Talk Premium and NO ads. Just click on the tool bar - Members > FlyerTalk Premium. :)

I actually wouldn't mind the "normal" ads -- particularly if they're travel related (new credit card offers, etc.). What has bothered me lately are these fancy pop up ads that block part of the screen until you close them, etc.

I would hope Internet Brands doesn't kill the golden goose by making the website annoying to use. I remember a few years ago when I stopped using weather.com to get the forecast because everytime I did a search I got these funky pop-ups. I found another way to get the weather. I think there's a lesson to be learned there.

I've never seen porn. OTOH - I have seen a lot of ads for hotel chains where you can't smoke. They've figured out I'm not a porn person - but they haven't figured out I'm a smoker :D. Robyn
