Online Tool and Non-BA/AA Ticket Problems
I've had this problem now for about a week. I have a bunch of saved itineraries, most of them would ticket through AY or LA. I could get to see the price through online booking up until about a week ago.
Now, however, the Online Booking Tool simply can't get anything on an itinerary that won't be ticketed by either BA or AA (e.g., doesn't have a BA or AA first leg). I've tried the itineraries I've had saved. I've tried dummy itineraries. I've tried pretty much everything. I don't get an error. I just get a "please wait" and the little spiraling thing in the box, and nothing happens (i.e., no booking/fare window opens in my browser). Is this a known bug? Have other people had this problem? Might it have something to do with the fact that I'm based in North America? Thanks! |
