That route is underwritten by a bunch of software companies isn't it? I am surprised it's only two class normally

From what I understand, the subsidies the pharma companies were giving the route have long since tried up. The 777 is being used while the usual 767-300s that fly the route are being retrofitted with the new AA Business seat

I think the AA one still exists. There are many FT references that Research Triangle Regional Partnership guarantee's x seats per flight. But, because the agreement is confidential, no one knows for sure.

As for the airplane type, the 777 has made numerous appearances during the summer months. (That does not discount the 767-300 retrofit or being returned to this route in the fall.)

Not in my experience. And they usually have a bottle or two of something special that's not on the menu, if you know to ask for it

Done. OP is updated to here.

Please add JL SFO/HND

Edit:
Several of the JL routes are out of date. There is no longer F from NRT/JKT. See here for the current routes https://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/rosen/

Dr. HFH Sep 6, 2015 12:32 am

JL NRT/CGK has no F service. Currently served with a mixture of 767, 787, 788 and 789. F service resumes on October 25 with 1×daily 77W.

Two new routes announced by BA both to places called "San Jose"

LHR-SJC-LHR will have F on BA from 04 May 2016 as BA 279/278 (op by 789)
LGW-SJO-LGW will have F on BA from 04 May 2016 as BA 2237/2236 (op by 777)

BA provide the following advice to avoid confusion :D

In order to cut down confusion between the two new BA destinations, please always use the terms “San Jose - California” or “San Jose - Costa Rica” when speaking with a customer.
