Right, the data comes from the Oneworld PDF file, unfortunately they only put data in the schedule for a few months at a time. There is a new oneworld electronic timetable tool though; I'm working on extracting the data from it. :)

I then have a utility that lets me do neat things with the data. Showing all 'transcon' routes, all longhaul europe routes, etc.
