DONE4 hiccup or brick wall ?

Just put through a booking to BA in Poland - very helpful people, but there seems to be a hiccup, my routing is :

As you can see I put this through the ONE World v0.5 validator, and it validated. But the message I got back from BA is :

--Please let me explain as well that the fare you have chosen allows maximum two stopovers in Europe therefore to be able to apply this fare we need to cancel one of these stopovers e.g between flights DME-LHR and LHR-WAW.

So is this right I can;t even do a transit thru LHR more than twice ?

Brick wall, actually. You appear to have three stopovers: LHR, DME and LHR. BA is right, the maximum number of stopovers in the continent of origin is two.

Looks like you have two stopovers at LHR (after CPT and DME) and one more in Moscow. No can do. You would need to shorten one of those to < 24h.

You can transit LHR more than once; you just can't stop over in Europe more than twice, regardless of whether or not a stopover follows an intercontinental flight.

As others have said you have three stopovers in Europe and you are only allowed two in continent of origin. The only way you would be able to do this itinerary would be to issue the final LHR-WAW leg as a continuation without stopover after returning from DME. Whether you actually get on the plane to WAW is a totally different matter.

I would also advise that you look at getting AA to issue your DONE4 ex-WAW. Have a look at some of the other threads on this forum. Do a search on Tal or WAW and you will see why I am recommending the AA route. My DONE4 worked out about �900 cheaper through AA than BA.
