Wow, oh the memories ... Yes they did finally reply and admitted that the Lima staff were wrong and that (supposedly) they would be educated on this matter.

Since that time, here are my OW Ruby experiences with Lan.

System wide Lan - no priority boarding for OW Ruby but yes for Lan Ruby.

SCL - never a problem with using the special Lan First/Business class counter at the far end of the airport and have always received priority tags.

EZE - no problem using Business checkin, can't recall priority tags but I think yes.

MDZ - no posted First/Business counter but one reserved for Lan elites only.

I have yet to revisit LIM...I find Argentina a much more appealing place to visit and spend quality time during my renew-my-Chile-tourist-visa runs.:)
