OneWorld (AA?) helpdesk

Some months ago I received a letter from AA (although on a OW letterhead) telling me that as one of their more frequent OW customers, I could have access to a OW helpdesk (operated, I assume, by AA). They kindly enclosed a prepaid MCI calling card. Anyhow, I have since lost the letter and the phone number. Does anyone on this hallowed board happen to remember the number? Do any of you have any experience with using this number?? I would be nice to have an effective resource for OW questions or issues.

Many thanks!

Just to continue. Called Stan with a complicated itinerary. He worked with me for 10 minutes, gave me a reservation reference, FAXed me the final routing within 10 minutes and AA rate desk came back within 2 hours with a rate of $ 330 with all taxes three continents Biz class. How neat. United and *A can you ever match this? nO harm trying. Start a RTW desk with specialists like Stan working that line not some disgruntled dont care person

I have had varied luck with the OW RTW agents. Some are very experienced, know the rules both current and from the past year (since tix from up to a yr can be changed, etc.), etc. I was able to get quotes on specific itiniraries and general open segments within minutes.

With another agent, recently, I had to read her the rules - she said I could not have more than 3 stopovers, said they do not have direct flts from LAX-LHR on AA, said they would count even a single transcon flt with a single flt number SFO-YYZ or SJC-YYZ as two segments, etc. After three corrections (each time she had to go off and get the problem fixed), her excuse was that she was rusty (I think she joined the desk recently and was away duringt internal training on new rules).
