Oneworld RTW Broken?
 
Hello all,

I've noticed the OW RTW planner has been broken for several months now. Anyone else having the same problem?

Broken in what way?

There are known bugs, and sometimes temporary glitches. Otherwise seems to be working.

Several months ?

At least in March, I got ex-JNB DONE4 succesfully with ONLINE tool.
No phone call, no mail communication.
Only by tool, reservation and payment by credit card were completed.

There was about one week where I couldn't book because the screen was acting weird and couldn't choose my flight after confirming itinerary.

Try it on 4 different comp and different browsers, clear cookies etc nothing work.

Some how it works on my mobile phone so don't know what the problem is, never figure it out but it some how magically work one day

Broken in the sense that once I select class of service and number of people, I can't get to the next screen. Nothing happens when I click the "start new itinerary" button.

It works fine for me. Have you tried a different browser?
