Do carry eye shades though- the door had a tempered glass section that I found to be an annoyance with the lighy from outside.

The constant anouncements will also annoy you! In addition to that,there are no sockets in the room,so can't just sleep while your devices charge up.

It seems so, but slightly confused as this facility is not listed on the oneworld site (which sometimes means special rules....?)
The F lounge (standard oneworld rules apply here) is open 24 hours,so do the slumber room located inside it and staff inside will give a room(s) to any F lounge guest,regardless of how they got it,as long as they have rooms available.

When I give them my mobile BP,they look upset and confused and then write down my details. JL FRA lounge asked for my RJ FFP card when I asked to use the showers.
