On the Oneworld web site the rules sheets for the Oneworld Explorer and Global Explorer tickets have been updated - LAN Colombia added to the list of affiliate airlines that are allowed

I'm pretty sure this is OK, but I'll ask just in case there is something weird with TAM. If I buy a ticket now for the WC, can I later add my BA Gold FF number once TAM joins OW and get full credit with BAEC?

This is an FAQ about the alliance change, its in portuguese, but question 11 is just what you want to know, a short translation would tell you yes, any flight with TAM after March 30th, 2014(TAM officialy joins oneworld in march 31st) will earn you miles in any OW company.

Eagerly looking forward to booking a TAM reward flight with my AA miles. TAM first class looks pretty spiffy.

You will be able to add your Executive Cleb number later, though the booking classes table has not been published yet so you might not receive any Avior nor TPs.
