MH Booking Management
 
Anyone else not able to manage their MH bookings? Their site says the tool is in development!? Can't believe they don't have this facility available already??

I made an award booking with MH yesterday for a flight in April, was hoping to get on and select seats. Oh well, the adventure doesn't begin until something goes wrong I guess.

The CK desk got me seat assignments on the 6 flights I book on 2/2.

MMB is now active on the MH site,
albeit it should be called View My Booking is that is all it does.
- No adding FF numbers, no seat selections.

Within 48hrsthey do have an online checkin.
This actually works
- Ability to add FF numbers of multiple airlines
- Seat selection
- Ability to print PDF boarding pass.
As a QF Plat, Emerald status was shown on the BP and it seemed there were no blocked seats, although about 10 in the front of the cabin had already been allocated.

MH online booking management does not recognize AA generated Record Locator (some call it booking ref code).
I ended up calling AA and AA transferred me to MH to finally get seats assigned. When asked why can't I do seat selection online. Replied, "you have to call us". :td:

I had a return trip booked on MH which started in Oct last year and is ending this month.
I was able to see it initially on my bookings but then it vanished. When i called them at the beginning of this year, they said bookings made last year weren't available anymore due to OW alliance. So I had to choose seats over the phone.
But suprisingly, I didn't have to wait a long time over the phone and they also sent me a sms confirming my changes which was new.

It isn't about the OW alliance but rather they had a change on the computer reservations systems.
