You know, I had the exact same situation 10/5. Did we meet? I went MSP-MEM and missed my MEM-TLH by 5 minutes. Was told next MEM-TLH would be at 7PM, it was (9AM) and didn't want to spend 12hrs in the airport. They rerouted me DL MEM-MCO at 1PM. I was suppose to have an hr to transfer but the plane circled for like 45 minutes. I got to MCO only to miss my connection to TLH by 10 minutes. They put me immediately back on the plane to MEM and I made it back in time to catch the 7PM flight.

It was a nightmare and I didn't get much for it. Letter to NWA pretty soon.

Yes, I was thinking of my CO points, which are eq to segments. :p
