Missing NWA WP Miles - Help!
I hope the same NWA agents who noted the thread on 'Bad Business Class experience' on the KLM forum on Flyertalk are still here, as
I have the reverse problem:
I live in the UK and fly a lot, perticularly with KLM [Platinum Elite until 2009]. My parents recently retired and I have encouraged them to travel more in their retirement, and they have started doing so. They flew with Malaysia Airlines [partner of both KLM & NWA] to the UK from Malaysia in July. As they live in Malaysia, they had to enrol on NWA World Perks rather than KLM's FD, according to the rules of the KLM / NWA Alliance.
I duly enrolled them before their first flights, and they showed their temporary WorldPerks cards [printed from the on-line confirmation of enrolment] at the
check-in to every flight.
To date, NOT A SINGLE MILE has been posted on their WP Accounts. I have written to NWA WP [more than 2 months ago], but have not received a response, neither have their miles shown yet.
I would therefore be grateful if the same NWA people, who were so good as sorting out the problem on the thread I mentioned, can advise me as to what happens next.
Many thanks.

Suggest you try e-mailing them using the web forms on the NWA.com web site. They are pretty good about responding.

If all you've sent is the one message, I would try another one. I've also found the response time from the NW web site to be overall excellent.

Thank you for the suggestion so far.
However, does the on-line form not restrict claims to those with NW tickets only i.e. starting with the numbers 012. My parents MH tickets do not start with 012...

Holiday Greetings to All!
By far the easiest thing to do would be to copy (or if you have a scanner, 'scan') your parents' boarding passes and ticket receipts and fax them to NWA WorldPerks at: 218-254-7567. (I'm not sure how to access an international line from where you're calling, though.)
If you paid for their tickets, then you can use your credit card statement with the purchase information which shows their ticket numbers, but you will still need a copy of their boarding passes.
