There is (or was) a KL flight AMS-KUL-AMS as well as the MH flight (which I agree, as of last year, only had KL codeshare flight numbers).

Does NW actually codeshare *any* MH flights? I can't think of any.

I flew two segments on MH Feb 4 and the miles posted today (Feb 22) without any intervention on my part. It seems that some WP partners (notably MH and GA) take longer than others to process these transactions.
