I think you would be very angry if you paid for the first class product, but if you are enjoying a free upgrade like everybody else and can roll with the punches, you'll be fine.

I find it that each US airline has their pro's and con's when it comes to FC.

There are a lot things I like about NW FC service, and few things I wish NW would add back. Such as...warm towels and real napkins for starters. :)

But I know generally speaking all the airlines can't do everything or please everybody.

Warm towels appear on occasion. The use of the crappy non-woven and totally non-adsorbing napkins should be banned by the FAA.

757 was OK, no champagne on board though... the DC-8 was a joke though. Super cramped seating in 4A. Flying F on the A319 from IND > MEM and then Y on the CRJ from MEM > DEN later today.

When I fly CO at that hour I select the childs meal. Got pancakes & syrup & fruit & something else and got it first before anyone else. :)

I ask "Have they fixed the 'Omlet Station' ? It was broken on my last flight."
