Bumping Help
I know I have searched and still need some help. Going to SAN from GRR Monday after Thanksgiving. How do I determine best chance of being bumped? Thanks.

Try to get on a flight the sunday after Thanksgiving. By monday, everyone is already home.

I've been pretty lucky with bumps on the Sunday after T'day. One year I got three and still got home on Sunday night. But lately, its been rougher. Last Sunday after T'day I boarded in IST and connected in AMS, DTW, MKE, and MSP and couldn't snag a bump. Did get upgrades on all domestic flights.
