Showering in NRT?

I havent been through NRT for a long long time on NW. Does a 2 hour connection between flights travelling on WBC allow enough time to catch a shower at one of the paid shower facilities in Terminal 1? BTW, where is it and do I need to book in advance? Is there a long wait? Or alternatively, are there shower facilities at the WC in Narita?

I connect three to four times a year through Narita and always find time to pay a visit to the Worldclub lounges. I've never noticed showering facilities in the lounges. If you absolutely need a shower between connections, 2 hours will give you enough time if you head straight to terminal 1. I've never investigated the service or noticed if there are any lines present but my guess is that you won't have a problem getting in and out quickly. Narita is generally very efficient.

Showers and Sleeping rooms at Narita Terminal 1

I've been through Narita on my way to BKK several times. I usually make use of the sleeping rooms at Narita, THE bargain of Japan. Until sometime earlier this year, it had been a flat $5.00/hour for a room with a bed and a shower. Great for a nap after a 12 hour flight, with another 7 hour flight to go. They raised the price to $10 for the first hour, $5.00 additional hours, this spring. STILL a bargain.

They also have shower-only for $5.00 (I've never used the shower-only rooms however).

They take US currency also.

The place is located to the right of some food places in terminal 1, roughly straight back from the entrance to Satellite 3.

Check out this link for more information, terminal maps, etc.:

Those shower is really refreshing after a long 10+ hours flight. Room is clean and water pressure is good makes you want some massages. With 2 hours, you should be able to spend an hour in it.

$5 USD shower rooms at NRT

I use the $5 shower rooms at NRT regularly. You get 30 minutes, which turns me from a weary traveler into an smirking dork.

The shower room is tiny- I'm not overweight but it makes me feel like a buffalo. With my 20" Travelpro in there, there's no pulling the little vanity stool out from under the counter. Three colored fluids for your hair are provided, I've yet to figure out why one is different than another, and I do enjoy their shampoo and soap. Combs and q-tips are provided individually wrapped.

The room gets a little hot after showering, despite the oscillating fan mounted above the mirror. (turn it on yourself with the Japanese language remote by the light switch.) I usually start sweating if I'm not out of that room minutes after showering.
