cancellation of Norse flight
My Norse flight was cancelled and they are offering to move it forward a day, but I'd like to postpone it instead, however I'm not sure if there will be any additional costs. It's not stated anywhere and there's no way to get information from the chatbot or via email with customer service.
I'd like to know if there are any additional costs if I don't choose the date proposed by Norse but another date.

Ask them. You can otherwise get a full refund. Postpone till when? Most airlines will be flexible within a few days, but usually nothing beyond that

Many airlines will accept invol rebooking (i.e. free rebooking) -7/+30 days from original travel date. Idk if this applies to Norse; no experience, but I suggest to try it by contacting Norse customer service.

Hi. My r/t flights were cancelled yesterday like a lot of you. We were booked LAX-LGW-LAX. They are offering us to be rebooked from either JFK-LGW or MCO-LGW. I don't want to cancel because of the rate we paid. Is Norse responsible to get us to JFK or MCO? We did take out the insurance if that helps. Thanks

You will have to check with your insurance what they will cover. Norse doesn't have to provide you with an alternative if they have cancelled well in advance and in compliance with UK261.
In general, Norse tries to skirt responsibility ... you get what you paid for ...
Norse ignoring EC261 and Duty of Care
Norse and EU261 - CEDR?

Norse is not going to get you from LAX to JFK or MCO. If you accept a change of origin to JFK or MCO, it is on a voluntary basis and you have to arrange transport to/from JFK or MCO on your own. Otherwise, ask for a full refund and book with another carrier ex. LAX.
