Minimum miles or specials airline ff program?

I am re posting this due to typos and lack of enough info on prior post:
If one is thinking about using ff miles mainly from Ca to Europe or Argentina, which airline program one should collect miles in. Also thinking about specials on award flights( like Delta had last year for only 25,000 miles to Buenos Aires). For example: ETrade has promo program where you could choose either Delta, NW or United.

And, after organizing your thoughts, you now believe that this post is an improvement over the last one? If you want someone to take the time to provide a thoughtful response and help you, YOU should make more of an effort.

Well, United and ETrade are parting ways in a couple of days (12/31/2003) so you may not have that option any longer. Otherwise, I personally prefer UA, but I don't fly from Ca, so don't know how the service is from there. You might do some reading in the forums devoted to each of the programs you are considering.
Good luck!

I'd recommend this airline and their FF program.
