Seatcounter used to show award availability in I & X for LH, LX, SA, SQ, etc. Now still shows for UA but can't get it to show award availability for other *A airlines. Anybody know what gives, or have an email addy/contact info for seatcounter? This was a great tool. Thanks in advance.

Problems have been observed by others - no explanation yet.

Looks like they're on strike. Front page now reads:

(*) Display of Star Alliance award classes is temporarily suspended due to lack of funding. Support us to resume this service.

That's a shame. But it was good while it lasted. Thanks.

I'd say we are the ones on strike. Not enough of us have been using their referral links for trip planning etc. FT is supported by ads (which clued me in to the Hilton Amex), but I guess SC mostly gets funding from referrals when people book travel using a link from their website.

I guess if we want *A award availability to come back we should help them out. I actually looked for a PayPal link on the site when I was using it earlier today and saw the note about funding. But I guess they don't take PayPal donations. Maybe they should. If everyone who used it gave them $1, it would certainly help.
