www.itn.net website- safe?
have decided to book a plane ticket on the www.itn.net. However I don't feel confident whether is ok to buy a plane ticket or not! So I would like to ask you some questions.
1) Have you ever brought a place ticket from the www.itn.net website?
2) Is it safe to pay an airfare through the website(www.itn.net)?
Thanks in advance!

I'll take a stab at with my new responsibilities here....
This would probably be more appropriate in the Online Travel Booking and Bidding section of Travel Buzz! as this does not seem to relate to mileage programs.

This has also been discussed at the Qantas forum. If you're from Australia, be aware that ITN is in US$ (not A$), so keep that in mind when looking at fares.
In Australia, www.itn.net is unlikely to be competitive with the local sites eg www.travel.com.au .

i have always wondered why they didn't call it amextravel.com or something like that. "itn.net" is a bit bizarre, no?

Yes and Yes. My tickets arrived via from an Amex travel agency near San Francisco. I had a great experience with them, in fact I was able to purchase tickets for a departure outside the US at the outside the US price. That was something that the airline, expedia and travelocity would not do.
