I have found the program to be an excellent one, and have always had great support from their customer service dept. My only caviat would be that you do have to follow up on any long-term bonuses, like extra miles at the end of 12 months when you utilize their bill pay system.

i am interested in getting miles from bank direct...can someone tell me which airlines they work with and what i need to do? is there a link someone can post?
