Two Ticket Awards?
 
Will there be any airline programs left that offer discounted 2 ticket awards after AA discontinues theirs?

In 1995, we got a great two ticket deal. AAdvantage was offering Hawaiian first class for two people for 75,000 miles total. It included the first class AA connecting flight to the Hawaiian gateway and an interisland segment (or two?). So we went all the way from WAS to Kauai and back FC for 37,500 each.
