Looking for a Credit Card that accumulates a lot of points quickly that will let you use your points for hotel stays or airfare. I see a lot of different promotions from a lot of different credit card companies but I want to zero in on hotel stays and airfare. I will be staying 5 to 10 nights a month in hotels (Not sure which yet) and flying maybe twice a month. I do hold Amex but want to find a CC that will let me rack up some points for free nights or airfare. Any suggestions?

The American Express Hilton Honors card does the trick for me--I believe there is a similar card for Starwood.

How about the ones that give you the most miles for first purchase (17,500 -20,000), and/or those that give you double miles for purchase of tickets on the airline you will be using? Study the Free Cards and Annual Fee Cards pages of the Credit Card section of my website below.
