Award Planner

Has anyone had experience with this program?
It is at www.awardplanner.com

I would like to book travel this summer and want to know if it is like an information center providing advice or if they can take requests and book award travel for you.

Do you include LatinPass awards in the service?

After attempting an award on LatinPass, I believe we need to research their redemption policy a little more. They offer a "unique" way of redeeming for the award tickets, and it is definitely something we need to research!

Perhaps LatinPass should require a special "Elite" Award Planner level of service for an additional premium!

Thanks guys (and girl ) ) I have just signed up today. We were just talking about being too busy the other day to keep up with all of the program changes and I need advice on what to do with orphan miles in DL and UA. I suppose the $49 annual fee covers the cost of making a mistake and having to pay $50 to redeposit the miles (which I may have to do with a current DL award with no seats to Hawaii through years end )

Sorry LaDonna for the Latinpass request, but I am will to pay somebody else, then go thru all that trouble to try and get tickets. Suggest you read the Latinpass board for some helpful suggestions to help me out.
