I just realized that I have that same graphic (12 Days 'til Christmas - Click to Win) on my screen right now. I haven't clicked on it, but it's the same one that appears on the NetMiles page; so you may not have to go anywhere.

But, arturo, if you're the winner, you'll have to identify yourself publicly to collect the prize. Is it worth it?

Catman Dec 14, 1998 12:02 pm

On sunday, the first day of the contest, I logged in through the e-mail they sent me announcing the contest. No name posted. After a half hour, logged off then went back on about 6 p-m E.S.T. with the name posted.

Again, good luck everybody. I just hope I'm not the winner on 12-23, when I'm off to Providence!

I guess Santa was sleeping and SANTA CLAWS had to wake him up (Rudolph's off renegociating his contract with FED EX!)CATMAN

I'm sure that if any of the names in our familiar little group pop up as the winner, that individual will get about 20 excited emails from everyone else!

philforest Dec 14, 1998 2:18 pm

I'm like Catman. I'll be on the road or away from access beginning on the 19th. That means I'll miss six of the 12 days. Oh, well, one of the rest of you will make out because of my absence.

Catman Dec 15, 1998 2:15 pm

I've noticed the ClickRewards prize has grown bigger and bigger (like Powerball) in the first few days of the contest. Could it be that the winners didn't respond in time or they are offering bigger bonuses each day?

Now can I ask a favor... if I should win
on 12-23 could someone contact me at the Westin Providence where I'm visiting my friend Holly? Not that I'm going to win but you never know... I'll just have to log on from the conseirge's computer!

And I would not want to lose those CLickRewards! CATMAN

philforest Dec 15, 1998 2:58 pm

It IS like Powerball. If the prize isn't claimed, it gets added to the following day. Today's prize is 15,000 miles. I didn't win. Neither did anyone else whose name I might recognize.

Djlawman Dec 15, 1998 9:36 pm

Yes, those of us who are regulars on the board (including new "regulars" like myself) should endeavor to notify anyone that we recognize if they have won the prize. Do onto others, etc., etc.

Ricechex Dec 15, 1998 9:50 pm

I agree DJLawman and will be happy to notify anyone if I see their name!

Beckles Dec 16, 1998 12:07 pm

The prize is 5,000 Clickmiles per day, and like Powerball if it is unclaimed it rolls over. The prize is now up to 20,000 miles! I want to win on Day 12 when the prize is 60,000 Clickmiles, or so I can hope!

I seem to recall last year that they used the same method of rolling over the prize, but I don't think they went three days without a winner!

Out of curiosity ... has anyone here every won one of the Webflyer prizes, such as the 1,000 miles awarded weekly?

onefreeman Dec 16, 1998 1:01 pm

Nope...

wah, wah, wah, wah...

Catman Dec 16, 1998 4:02 pm

On the last day of Randy's "Big Question" contest (where he asked a Frequent Flyer Trivia question like how many miles does it take for an award on Air Lingus from Shannon to LAG?) I won 1000 miles!

The problem with that contest was that some people kept putting 500 answers on the board, locking other people out, and all the answers were wrong!!!

I would have to win on the last day! But I was happy! CATMAN

philforest Dec 17, 1998 1:25 pm

Beckles: Somebody (I hope it was somebody on here) won yesterday; so it's down to 5000 again for tomorrow. My last chance.

Rudi Dec 17, 1998 1:38 pm

yesterday's winner:
Heather S. Dawson winner of 20,000 ClickMiles!

demeter Dec 21, 1998 10:30 am

Does anybody know whose name was posted on Saturday? With my luck, the one day I don't log on the web and check will be the day I win something....
