Talk Mail is back!
Yes, Talk Mail IS back - and in a such big way too!
Glad to be able to read it once again and thanks so much to Bryan and everyone else who contributed to help make it happen!
Great issue! Thanks again Randy & Co!

Yes, sure glad to see it back on board again! Thanks to Bryan and the powers that be. Anyone have any back issues, they'd care to forward to me? None of the previous issues seem to be in my archives. I'd appreciate it.
Update: I now have access to all back issues. EPS was kind enough to provide the Archive link a few posts below.

DenverPlat .. I had the same question! So did others, even on the Randy Petersen forum. I can't see anywhere on this website or even the WebFlyer website that tells you what it is, or how to sign up.
Older users will I guess already be on the e-mail data base for this very interesting b-weekly "summary" of many of the highlights (and lowlights?) of FT threads, upcoming FT meetings and gatherings etc.
I for one had no idea what was being referred to on this thread, (and thanks Doc for updating me on it via Randy's forum!) so for anyone who did not have one emailed to them, and would enjoy receiving it next fortnight, simply sign up free via clicking this link
http://www.webflyer.com/talkmail/talkmail.cgi
Some amusing threads there I had not read, and for anyone who will now need to wait til next fortnight to get TalkMail, from the current email may I recommend you do NOT miss visiting the "poor as a churchmouse" thread at:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum...ML/001199.html
and be confused more than you will ever need or want to be about early Australian history at:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum95/HTML/000511.html
My idly asking: "what is there to do in Dusseldorf" on a UA thread seemed to spark some Europeans initiating the "Doozie In Dusseldorf" weekend November 11/12, which looks like the first mainstream official FT weekend event to be held in Europe, with a true International attendance booked already:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum95/HTML/000474.html
And there is of course much, much more.
For those who already have received this fortnight's email, apologies for repeating what you have already read and know about, but many here I am sure are in the dark as to what "TalkMail" was/is all about!

To subscribe, go to
http://www.webflyer.com/talkmail/talkmail.html
It's free!
TalkMail is the bi-weekly newsletter of FlyerTalk news and notes available to any FlyerTalker who wants to be kept up-to-date on the latest FlyerTalk happenings. Many FlyerTalkers are away from their computers for extended periods of time; TalkMail is a great way to stay connected and informed.
We want TalkMail to reflect both the fun and the informative aspects of FlyerTalk. TalkMail will contain tips on the two weeks' best threads, notable quotes, a FlyerTalk community page complete with reports (and maybe even pictures) of recent FlyerTalk gatherings, a brief bio of a prominent FlyerTalker as well as a place for commentary on the FlyerTalk experience. And in the future, maybe more! Best of all, it's free.
